Overcharged

I am completely appaled at how nashua mobile can deduct so much money from my account and take 3 days to return my money.
I was charged a full months subscripton for my rablet after my initial enquiry I was told that my first installment will only bec15 december. To my dismay I get told its 15 november and for R924!!! This is ridiculous! Now im bsttling for days to get my money back! How can I be charged for a full month if I only received my handset on the 19th? This is not the first time! I would love all my money returned all to me within this week.
