My number and put it on their contract

On the 14th november 2013 i called vodacom to report cellphone number 0797651783 to complain that why couldnt i transfer airtime from it to my other cell number also with vodacom, only to be told that my number is on contract with a strange company called rncs and was given a number to call and spoke to natalie who assured me it was a mistake and they would change it back to prepaid with vodacom within 24 hours, she took my contact details, id number name and surname. its been 4 days now and still no response.. i have spent all day on the phone them and i was told natalie is busy and so is the supervisor and my details were taken again, their pathetic call centre takes ages for them to pick up. as i am writing this report i am sitting on the line for now a good 45 minutes waiting to be transfered to natalie or the supervisor.. only to be released again!! its my 3rd call today and this has been the case. i am furious!!! i want someone to get back to me asap and mostly i want my number back on prepaid with vodacom!
