Bad Customer service regarding accounts

A debit order is being set against a cell number that is not on contract, and the number that is contract reflects as unpaid. This issue has been going on for a year now. I have spoken to numerous people at the headoffice including a manager however the issue is unresolved!!! They have promised to correct all the details, however it is not correct till today. They continue to pass the blame to many people. They really need to resolve the issue immediately!!
