Vodacom
Porting from cell c to vodacom

On Tues 12th Nov 2013 I ported (tried in vain) to port pre-paid cell c number to vodacom contract.
since then, after calling every day and also calling customer care, to be told it would be active tomorrow. always tomorrow. STUFFALL has happened. today is Sunday 17th.
This does NOT instill confidence in vodacom, and the way i feel at the moment? they should take the Galaxy note 3 back and shove it till it hurts their tonsils.
And guess what? there are 13, 192 UNHAPPY faces on and only 1, 502 HAPPY faces.
I wish I had done some homework before switching.
