Cell C
Worst Connection Eve

I have 3 cell c contracts, 2 data and one normal cell, when I first received my Speedsticks I was over the moon, my internet speed was higher than my adsl line at work. I told everybody to go over to cell c. Now they think I'm crazy because of the absolute bad service we receive from the company. My internet is now so slow that I cant even get my homepage (google) to load!!! This is a nightmare, I have 7gigs of data that will go to waste monthly because I can't get my internet to work. I have phoned customer service and that turned out even worse, they just keep telling me there is something wrong with my phone ... (why would that make my speedsticks to stop working as well?). Lesego from the technical department basically told me that I am incompetent just because I told him that I'm convinced the problem isn't my phone as my speedsticks aren't working either... He has the worst attitude imaginable. I need cell c to fix the connection to the way it was before or I will cancel all 3 my contracts and go to vodacom and believe me that all my friends will do the same. Unacceptable!!
