I'm trying to upgrade my contract, but all I get is go to the store. I don't have the time to go to a store and work on weekends as well. It's funny though because my other 2 contracts I have with you have been upgraded via a phone call from one of your providers. I've asked the call center and they could not help me and would have assisted in trying to get someone to phone me .. 3 days ago. Seems like the only option is to phone another service provider who would do it via the phone and deliver it the phone to me.
