My ticket nr is #FEL-6371-0811

I posted on Hello Peter 8Nov and received a SMS stating feedback within 54hours.
I have been struggling with this problem since the 15October and nothing has been resolved.

My phone has been soft locked for more than a week now and it is unacceptable.

Since I posted on Hello Peter, I've gotten NO answer.

Could someone from Nashua Mobile personally respond to this, automated computer replies is not solving anything.

I've almost phoned daily for an answer and was absolutely SHOCKED at the lack of concern; although reading all these complains shows me its the norm for the company.
