I have been into Cell c every week since 4. 10.13 .upgrated my phone on 4.10.2013 went into cell c on the 7th November complaint: dropping every call received thus far and my internet never workes. My phone still not working properly on the 22nd November a Network investigation was started! After many phone call to cell c and dropping every call, which is impossible to communicate with I went in on 10th November I was told my complaint is still pending and someone would get hold of me! The manager gave me a second cell phone and R5 air time to use. I am now walking around with 2 cell phones that don't work! Eventually on Friday 11th a technical consultant phoned me. The consultant came to my house on Sat 12th do do a network investigation. To be told that they my phone could not be on 3G mode only 2G. After changing settings and doing a thorough investigation he left. Monday 11th Nov I was told they need to work on the towers. Tues12 Nov still working on towers, Wed 13 Nov still working on towers!!! Latest excuse, its over cast so they can't work. I am so over cell c incompetence I want out of my contract! I'm paying for a service I'm not receiving. Please Help
