Poor Reseption with line of sight to the towe

Please assist in how I can get better cellphone signal in my area?

I stay in Eversdal, Durbanville, and the cellphone signal is very poor. I have got line of sight to a tower but still unable to get 3G. Making phone calls always result in phoning the person about 3 time as the signal is lost constantly.

This is a well established area an yet they can't provide me with signal at my own house.

Please help!!
