I upgraded my contract with a sim swop on 2 November. The next day I found out that they did the sim swop to a wrong number. On 10 November we visited Stellenbosch Square branch and they said that the upgrade itself was also never done! We went back to Stellenbosch branch in town and another guy there did it. That was very bad service from them especially from a manager.
