Why should I wait... for more bad service

I have been overbilled since July ( /- R1600.00). I reported the matter to Mpumi last Saturday. She promised to keep me up to date as to what is happening. On Wednesday I had to phone and follow up. When phoning she said she had had no feedback as yet (although she promised to phone them if she does not hear anything). Subsequently she phoned and said that she needs to now wait for correspondence from Cell C to confirm that I was never given my one gig data per month. Which was confrimed over the phone on Saturday already. Apparently Cell C's service is so bad and I would need to wait 3 days for confirmation.

If I dont pay my account immediatly my phone will be cut off yet I have been overpaying since July. Tomorrow will be a week and still not feedback of monies paid back to me.

Nashua Mobile/Cell C your sercive.

WHY is it always the customers that have to SUFFER??? And all they always say is we are sorry... that is not good enough we are sorry does not work for bad service for me any more!!!
