I had issues with my electricity pin and had to send an email to BLUE LABEL for assistance. Within a couple of minutes I received a response from Amazon to assist me. She (I assume she was a female) was very efficient and patient. She managed to sort out my query in approximately 15 minutes.

I was also highly impressed with her articulation and grammar. With people like her in customer service, the standard of customer service in South Africa is going to be in TIP TOP SHAPE.
