So annoyed about Poor service

I had a contract with Vodacom on this NUMBER 0825769953, which I requested that it gets cancelled on the 30/06/2013, cancellation was loaded and then on the 05/06/2013 UPGRADE was done without me knowing, I called cancellations department on the 06/06/2013, wanted to find out what had happened to my SIM Card cause my sim card registration was failing, sim swop was also done apparently, I was told an upgrade was done, I never REQUESTED for an upgrade, I was told to send an Affidavit and ID copy i did send that a REQUEST was logged through to FORENSICS for investigations and a useless guy Called VIRGILLIO SMITH was suppose to be handling the investigations, to my Flipping surprise nothing has been done till recently when i was called by accounts department telling me that am owing an amount of about - R9 500 or so. Now my credit PROFILE is MESSED UP because every shop I go to open an account tells me that I'm owing Vodacom, I'M NOT OWING VODACOM ANYTHING, VODACOM SHOULD GET OF MY CASE CLEAR THAT AMOUNT IN ARREARS OF MY NAME, VIRGILIO SMITH MUST GET OFF HIS AND WORK. SO OFF BY THIS POOR SERVICE.
