Converted my phone into contract

RMCS has converted my phone into a contact without consulting me. I had to surfer for this mistake that they have made, and it costing me money to call them back to convert it back to prepaid becouse their number is charging and I waited 20 to 15 minutes to get hold of the consultant. I also lost my bis and talking points now I can't received any email from my phone becouse of them.
