I have a service limit of R600 per month as there is no BIS on the new Blackberry Z10 - on monday morning i got an sms that service limit has been exceed - account @ R2284 - monday afternoon my account @ R3900 - explination to me: the block only activates after 72 hours - worst being that on Monday my phone was at work on WI-FI...

How can I be responsible for the bill when i pay each month for a service limit block!
