Illegal deduction from cell phone account

I have gust received my Autopage cell phone invoice. Since 27/9/2013 a deduction have been made daily for R6.14 ecl VAT for Cellspice. I have never subscribed to them and they have no right to make any deductions from my account.

I need this stopped and corrected immediately.
