I sent in a cancellation request in September and got no response from Sandton City branch, I then had to follow up on my own and fill in the cancellaton form AGAIN and after 2 weeks a technician was sent over and he concluded that there was no signal anymore in my area, due to some work that had been done on a tower. Mpho Malendisa (the technician) told me that they should get back to me within a week, but that didn't happen either. I then sent an email after a week to 8ta and they said they will provide feedback shortly, but that didn't happen either... still waiting.
The data doesn't even carry over, and I'm losing on average 8gigs per month, but I'm still paying the full price for it, this is really unfair and will have to take it up with the CPA!
