I would like to highlight my appreciation for the excellent service i always receive from a lady called Tshepi Motoa from Telkom. Her job title is customer trainer. she trained me how to operate Telkom opticon switchboard. If there is anything that i don't understand i just sent her a mail and before i know all my questions will be answered and my problems solved. Keep it up Tshepi. 100% in you kitty.
