Keep deducting after service has been cancelled

I have taken up a deal with nxatel business solutions around a year ago, upon receiving the parcel from the company, my personal situation has changed and I immediately phoned them to cancel the service, they then send me a cancellation letter which I filled in the same day and send it back straight away. They did not let me know anything, but still more than 1 year later they deduct an amount of my bank account every month. I do not even use the service at all, how will I ever get rid of these people, I still have the original cancellation letter that I send through to them. What am I to do about this situation??
