Bad customer service

I always admired cellc I even managed to convince 5 of my friends to sign contract with them but however what I experienced today was something else

I bought air time worth R50 trying to convert into data but all I got was 145 sms spoke to mbali instead of giving me resolution she telling me if am not happy with cellc I can port back to mtn all I needed was dispute resolution not this unacceptable behavior, cell c please advice
