I called Vodacom yesterday 28/10/2013 at arround 10 and purchased the Galaxy note 3. As per the website delivery is supposed to be the next day if you call before 12 which I did but I said they can send it the following day. When I spoke to Collin he promised to sms me a reference number so it would be easy to follow up which was supposed to be done within the hour. I waited a day and heard nothing so was concerned about the application. When I called another consultant said there's no stock with a slip cover. So I said I don't really need the cover but I need the device by tomorrow which gives vodacom a day more than the turnaround time they promise on the website. She said no it will take longer. I opted to go to the vodacom store and she said No I can't do that either now that I applied telephonically. I was very unhappy that I was not getting it by tomorrow and furthermore without the slip cover I was promised. The lady said someone from admin will call right back to try and help but surpise surprise nothing. Very dispointed. :-(
