Still getting robbed

I have already complained about the terrible service and no one has got back to me. Once again they have debited my account for GPRS services that I know nothing about. I have signed a contract to say that my son cannot go over 2gb. Please can someone help me with this as I am so sick of speaking to 7 different people and they don't know what is going on.
