Are you really that cheap altech?

So after years of service failures I finally cancelled my contract with altech. One would think the problems would end. Guess again.

First off, my contract ends part ways in to the month (28th) even though I will be billed for the full month. Then to add the cherry on top, altech decides to end my service on the 24th!!! A wonderful 4 days before the already cheated date. After calling and being promised this would be sorted out within 24hours, they come back to tell me the issue will only bee resolved on the 28th!!! What's the point? Never mind your refusing to refund me for not having access to my paid for service for the rest of the month.
