I took out a contract with Nashua Mobile 2 days ago via Cell C. Carmen was very helpful and friendly before I took out the contract but as soon as the deal was done her attitude changed and she became rude and made me feel like a. I wanted to find out when the service would be active after I received the phone and I was scolded with "I told you already, within a day". This woman is absolutely rude! after more than a day the service was still not on so I called the call centre and a very helpful, polite and friendly agent, Horatio Adolph, told me that the rude Carmen never requested the service to be activated. there was also some other issues with the ricca status and he resolved that. But I am still not activated and he told me at 21:00 that it should be on at 10:00, all because one person covered her incompetence by rudeness, Nashua Mobile takes 48 hours or more, we will see what happens tomorrow, to activate your phone. I will never recommend this service provider to anyone. you have great people that goes the extra mile and then you have others that ruin your reputation and cost their clients money and frustration. POOR PERFORMANCE is not a good vision statement!
