No staff to contact=non existent service delivery

I made a mistake signing with them on Monday & after spending time and money on over 20 calls, sms call me and emails to them on Monday and Tuesday, I eventually was on hold for 45 minutes before speaking to one of their representatives (Tsephiso).
Then to make it worse the call cut while we were discussing my request to then cancel the subscription with them. He did not even have the courtesy to call me back after I explained what I went through to speak to him. I tried calling back and after waiting on hold for several minutes I decided to cut the call. I eventually went onto my clientzone profile & I cancelled it myself.
I got a call from another Afrihost worker (Rudzani) yesterday afternoon confirming that my subscription was cancelled and that the delay was now with Telkom to approve the cancellation. I learnt this was fabricated which infuriates me more. I have correspondence from Afrihost confirming the cancellation right from yesterday morning. How they can continue with the activation of this line is beyond my understanding and amounts to in my opinion. I'll not be paying them a cent, infact they should be paying me the double money back guarantee! Pathetic!!
