This is a really long story, where I simply wanted to change my email username and password on the client zone... that turned into a 2 month SAGA and a bitter taste in my mouth.

They then bounced my mail for at least 7 days after changing the configuration on my account or on the server my account is hosted on... lost a lot of business and other mail. I was not notified or alerted that changes on my account was made.

As I am typing this email... I am on hold, waiting for them to figure out why my username cannot be changed, for the 6th time. Its been like 15 minutes already only to hear that they couldn't sort it out... and will be escalated. Then they will mail me. Hopefully I get the mail, since they seem to just willy nilly change settings which bounces mail.

After all this, the support guy didn't really have much to say except, we apologise... which most South Africans at this point know is empty apologies, because real client services would have compensated for the mistake that was made.

Really sloppy client service.. I expected better from the ISP of the year.
