Bad Customer Service From Nashua Mobile

Have had bad service from them for years! Every time I upgrade there is a problem with the unit and they do not give one any joy. Asking you when answering the phone "how can we put you first"... what a joke as they do not put their customers first. Got a tablet on a new contract from them and it had a screen problem, which the people in their PE branch agree to. Its under 7 days that I returned it, and per their OBF warranty they will replace it... no joy... now it came back to PE after it was sent to Joburg, and I'm told they gonna have to send it back again! For a second time. Cancelling all our company contracts with them now. Ridiculous how they treated me.
