I ported from Vodacom to MTN a week ago. My package includes BIS of R59 per month. Since day 1, I have on many occasions contacted MTN via:
1. Visists to the shop in Parkview
2. Called 808
3. Called 1555
4. Sent messages via your customer zone
5. Was given an 083 number that does not exist
I'v been given the run-around and every time I am told to wait between 2 and 24 hours and it will be working. More than a week later it is stil NOT ACTIVATED. I rely on my phone for work-related emails since I am very often not in the office. As such, I am missing important communication when I am on the road which affects my work. I NEED THIS SORTED OUT!!! Surely it cannot be that difficult??? Legally you cannot make me pay for a service I do not have? The ineffectiveness of your staff is mind-blowing. I even had the call disconnected when I became aggitated!!
