To make this very long story short. Cell C & Jets had a promotion in 2007 - Get airtime every month pay it via your Jets account. I signed up but nobody at branch level was ever able to assist. I gave up & rather tried to cancel it, once again nobody at branch level was able to assit. I was referred to the correct call-center (086 033 2244) only this year in March, in my attemp to get my refund & cancel it. I have spoken to so many managers, rude call-center agents to name a few: Linda, Natalie (ref:2005134782203), Thabiso, Paula (2405135508296), Monde (3005135707299) & finally team manager & supervisor on the 12/09/2013 where i was told she would contact me within 48hrs - I'm still waiting? They refunded the incorrect amount but then took it back again. I would really appreciate it if someone could sort this out, without being rude and unprofessional. I cannot keep calling as I work in a call center myself, but possibly would have been let go if i treated my clients like this!
