Do not touch a Cell C contract

Cell C continuously deducts money as a debit order from my account for WASPA or so called MIRA charges.
I never subscribed to these and Cell C cannot provide proof that I did, yet when you query them they say that it is not them who takes the money off, they just process the debit order? HEY! I spend more time fighting these MIRA charges than actually using my phone.

Decent phone operators do not allow third parties to randomly debit your account, yet Cell C obviously benefits financially from this arrangement and yet does nothing to protect it's customers.

I'm waiting for the second time for my money to be refunded.
