Suspended but charged

Good day
I have a line with you, at my old flat, few months ago I moved, my brother was suppose to arrange for the line to be moved to his place, and pay, but he never did. 2 months ago, I git an sms the line is supsended, so I asked my brother to arrange for the move and to pay. Today I get an SMS informing me the service is suspended and I 4 months of services. So if the service was suspended 2 months ago, how can I be charged another 2 months services if it was suspened. I want to cancel my services and I want all charges after suspensions reversed, I'd like that done today!!!
