I took my phone in to the Douglasdale shop about 2 weeks ago with no feedback.
I also then phoned 5 times over 2 days with no answer.

Eventually after going in store (As Nashua head office also had no idea what was going on with my phone), the store had moved without them informing me.
I have no way of contacting the store except for going in every time, whilst I also still receive no information.

The consultant said that she would email me yesterday morning on the progress and cost after I submitted my Insurance claim, but I am still waiting. No one can assist me without me having to go back in to the store AGAIN.

This is by far the worst service I am yet to receive from Nashua overall, and not just the particular branch.
