Vodacom has listed me as owing them despite me paying them 3 months ago for a sell phone contract that had been cancelled and defaulted on, i have made several communicationswith Vodacom and they had assured me that they had updated my details with transunion, however when i checked yesterday i was still listed with transunion as owing vodacom.
this is fustrating as i do not owe vodacom subsequent to the payment i have made 3 months ago
with this being said i have been listed as owing vodacom despite paying them 3 months back
