HELP

I ported my number to cell c and i think it was a huge mistake, my phone is always on but i would get an sms saying I missed a call or people would say they called and my phone was off, please do something about your network, it is the worst I have ever experienced. if you do get a call, it will be a miracle of you get to hear what the other person is saying and before you know it, the call would cut.
