STILL AWAITING FEEDBACK SINCE 13 SEPT 2013

I lodged a complaint at the beginning of September.

This complaint related to an "outstanding amount" that I owed Cell C.

I received feedback from Ayanda Cele in the form of a excel spreadsheet which contained dates and amounts.

I asked for validation of these amounts (what the charges referred to and any other correspondence relating to them)

According to the information I have received the last payment I made was on the 21st of January 2008.

That is nearly SIX years ago.

Cell C have come forward after a period of FIVE years and EIGHT months to collect an outstanding debt that they cannot validate.

I have followed up constantly but I have been told that the legal department have not released the information. The main problem it seems is that they aren't in the same building as the consultant.

I have sought legal counsel and have been advised that if after a 3 year period a company does not claim arrears that the claim then has no merit.

If there is any way that SOMEONE can assist me I would appreciate it greatly.

I was considering moving my mobile contract over to Cell C but after this I can guarantee that wont happen.
I would really like to resolve this matter.
