More and more pathetic service

6 months to do a software upgrade incompetent fools!! Sick and tired of dealing with from the repair centre who evidently don't know what the the are talking about or doing. Some phoned me from Autopage the last time a rote a complaint here but was very quick to close my complaint without handing my laptop back.
