Content Service -! CellC can't help

I have been charged R600 for a content service which I DID NOT agree to.
When I was with Virgin, they helped me find the source and I got a refund as it was illegal activity.
CellC seems to not care as I was transfered from Billing to Activation and then to another department which couldn't understand my problem. I need to talk to someone who can help me with this.
