I was very disappointed after calling MTN (173) for assistance earlier today, 28Sept 08:21. I spoke to a guy by the name of Nkosinathi and explained to him that my Blackberry Sevices are still not active on my phone after renewing my BIS.The instructions i was given to activate my services didn't work as i don't have the same options on my phone.
Nkosinathi was VERY RUDE, and did not even sound interested in assisting me. I had to repeat myself numerous times because of his lack of concentration and interest in my query. There was completely no willingness to assist from his end which is very disappointing to a person who has been with MTN for many years, as you may also see on the records. I was very unhappy with the service i got from MTN today, Nkosinathi really broke my spirit. I was left with a feeling to port out of MTN and consider chosing a different network provider, one that will at least show a bit of care when assisting their customers.
When i called the MTN technical team (1555), i spoke to a guy named Antonio, who offered so much assistance and though my query is still not resolved, i must say that i appreciated all the hard work that Antonio did put in that call
