I upgraded 2 of my Cell C accounts this month. The 1 phone was on a All Week 100 and I upgraded to a Straight Up 100. As I had a credit on the accounts, I established 1st from Shaun @ Somerset Mall that the credit will be rolled over to the new account, but they did not have any phones. I confirmed this by enquiring on 084143 and when I upgraded at the Zevenwacht Cell C. Everybody told me my credit will be rolled over as I paid for it. Based on this info, I did the upgrades. On 15 Sept I had 60min credit. Without making any successful calls this decreased to 53min by 17th and with one 5 sec call it decreased to 36min on 21st. This credit fell away and they allocated 30 min. At the same time my data increased from 49Mb to 79Mb. Upon enquiry at Somerset Mall yesterday, I was now told that I forfeited the credit I had!! Is this a joke?
