CORRECTION - THEY DONT RESPOND

After lodging a complaint on this site I was told I would have a response - that is more than 1 month ago and I am still waiting. Received a call a month after lodging a complaint with them and everyone seems confused and still reverting to a bill I have reluctantly paid. Today I receive a mail asking me to participate in a survey, I follow the link to receive the following: "Sorry, but your participation in the survey was not approved or cancelled."?? Why even mail me the link then?

Clearly this is an organisation that has got so big that systems are designed for customer follow up, however the staff are going through the motions to avoid disciplinary action without actually addressing customer satisfaction - VERY SAD INDEED!
