My phone has a signal problem

I have called the customer care centre a number of time but nothing has been done
I loss calls all the time.
sometime with full signal on my phone I cant make a call
I am tired of this phone and CELL C

they say someone will call me back but they never do.

I hate this phone. its a piece of

I want CELL C to change my phone or cancel my contract.

I have my own business and this phone is starting to effect my business
