Billed for a service I am not subscribed to!!!

I have been charged R7/day for a Mira service that I accidentally subscribed to... and immediately send STOP messages to the prescribed number to cancel the subscription (two or three times!!).

I would like to be refunded, as I never intended to use this service, I never logged on to it and I sent the end-subscription messages immediately after making the mistake of signing up.

Please refund the charges.
