I dealt with Preyesh for an upgrade on my contract, what a pleasure, he definitely went over and beyond even to the stage that he is assisting with sorting out an issue on the account.

What a pleasure to deal with people that are willing to assist even if it isn't his "department" as i was told by one gentleman in Accounts.

Mtn needs a lot more people like Preyesh and a lot less like the person who would not assist me in accounts.

Preyesh is friendly, professional and definitely knowledgeable when it comes to his duties.
