After a awful customer service experience at your Sandton branch I had decided to move cell phone companies when my contract came up for renewal. I had the honor of meeting Shaun and another guy in your Cresta branch. They were fantastic and know how to treat customers. I can't say enough good about the staff you have at Cresta and on a busy Saturday afternoon, to treat me with such great service. Cell C... Look after Shaun and the other guys.
