I opened an 8ta account in July 2012. Two months later i went to the Telkom Hillcrest store and requested that my account be set up so that i never use more then the allotted data monthly. The first day i went into the store i was told that the 8ta consultants only work on certain days of the week and that i need to come back when they are there. i went in the following day and was told that the system was offline at that moment and that they would ensure that the limit is set. Today i was informed that the amount outstanding is more then double then what it should be. I requested that a manager contact me and received the call shortly after requesting it. Unfortunately i was essentially told by the so-called manager that i have to pay the account and i have to deal with the store directly as the 8ta head office will not be able to help me. What the is the point of having a Head Office if they are not there to offer assistance to clients that clearly don't matter to the stores.8ta as a company clearly does not care about the customers that they have!!! All in all i am saddened by the fact that i am locked into a contract with a company that couldn't care less for the consume
