I went to apply for an extra line on my Nashua mobile account today just to be told that I do not qualify due to affordability. My affordability is not a problem here... the criteria is just ridiculous!!! Ive never missed a payment on my existing account!!! and my affordability should be just over R7000, 00... I work for a financial institution so I know exactly what im talking about! You give a open contract with a limit of R15000.00 yet you cant give me another line??? is this the way you treat your loyal clients??? Im definitely taking my business elsewhere if this is the case!!!
