Went to the Clearwater mall Shopp to upgrade my phone contract during first week of August 2013 dealt with Natasha, went back on 30 August 2013 only to be told that the phone is not ready and was assured that as soon as it arrives I will be phoned well, never received a call from Natasha, I have been back to the shop in Clearwater almost every second day since then, went there yesterday as well on NO phone yet and the same daily excuses upon excuses that IT department is working on my account, well 3 weeks later I still have not upgraded my phone. There is just no one to talk to and Nobody phones you or give any feedback. I have to go out of my way at huge inconvenienace and cost and time, since no one bothers to phone in fact if you phone there they dont even answer the switchboard. My contract expired in August, and I think it is time to move on Since the experience at Nashua Mobile clearwater over time has not been upto standard, I have to go back all the time and the same old same old incompetent sales consultants with their no care attitude are stil there, pathetic service
