NO FEEDBACK AFTER 3 DAYS

On Saturday 14th September, I went to MTN Carlton Centre to apply for a cellphone contract - for a Sony Experia V, I specifically asked the lady at the store if they had the phone, she said yes. She said I needed my recent payslip, ID Copy and 3 Month Bank Statement. I quickly ran to my bank to get this statement (I already had my ID book and payslip with me). I went back to the store to fill in the forms and she said she will give me feedback in 2 days... its day 3 and still no feedback. Can someone atleast call me to let me know whats going on, it can't take 3 days to get a cellphone contract - I got it in 1 day at Cell C. Mind you, I cancelled my cell c contract to jump ship to MTN, but this service is appalling.

Can I atleast have feedback TODAY?? They don't even pick up the phone when you call them.
