Little to no Network Coverage in Roodepoort

Good day...

I must share that my view from swapping over from Vodacom to Cell C has been the biggest mistake I have ever made, to make matters worse, I got the exact phone and contract for my wife. I currently use a Blackberry Z10 and I must inform you that 9 out of 10 times I wish i could smash this phone into a wall as I can almost never have coverage .. the phone keeps saying no network coverage?. I work in the roodeport area and live in fouways and have issues in both places... more so at work as i have to run around like a trying to get signal in my office. I have used both options, 2g and 3g and I am now beyond frustrated..

Seeing and hearing your ads about how good Cell C is, is such a joke... I need this sorted out or else, going forward, My family will never use Cell C...

I truly hope that someone from your brand contacts me regarding this..
