Appalling Service

Hi. Two weeks back I applied for a Apple iPhone 5 contract. I was told that it should take two weeks and that I would be telephoned after this time as there was a shortage of these phones.

To date I am still waiting on their response. Funny how my friend at the same time applied for the same phone through Vodacom and received it one week after her applying.
